『食品用語辞典』の三巻を発売
『食品用語辞典』の三巻が発売された
13日、国会事務局と議会調査・開発研究所の議会図書館が共同で、『食品用語辞典』の三巻を発表した。また、それに伴い、著者と読者との交流会も開催された。
同辞典は、食肉、食肉製品、牛乳、乳製品、穀物、穀物製品、野菜、果物、飲料水、飲料製造、実験室機器、食品製造、栄養学、栄養、同分野の法的環境と食品安全性など、食品業に関わる2万5000語にわたる用語が収録されている。モンゴル語、英語、ロシア語で掲載されており、モンゴル縦文字で作成された辞典である。
食品技術分野の一流研究者らは、食品業界の科学、製造、実務活動で広く使用される用語の定義や表現を整理し、専門的かつ高水準で科学的根拠に基いて内容を厳密にチェックし、辞典を作成した。
