Erdenet Mining Corporation to cooperate with Chile's Codelco
'Erdenet Mining Corporation' the largest copper and molybdenum ore mining and concentration plant of Mongolia has established a memorandum of cooperation with Codelco Company, Chile.
Erdenet Mining Corporation is to cooperate with Chile's Codelco. 'Erdenet Mining Corporation' the largest copper and molybdenum ore mining and concentration plant of Mongolia has established a memorandum of cooperation with Codelco Company, the world’s top copper producer of the Republic of Chile to enhance the mutual business cooperation. The memorandum envisages exchanging information on operations of copper and molybdenum processing, market, financing and development as well as sharing the best practices. The Chile’s state-owned Codelco Company produces 1.8 million tons of copper annually and holds 19 per cent of the world's copper reserves.
