Mongolian Ballet performed in Tokyo
The Nutcracker ballet production was performed on the stage of the New National Theatre of Tokyo, which was decorated the same way as it was done in Mongolia.
A joint production of the Nutcracker ballet was put on stage by the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Mongolia in partnership with the Komaki Ballet Company and Mongolian Ballet Development Foundation. Head of the Mongolian Ballet Development Foundation, Cultural Envoy, State Honored Artist D.Altankhuyag, solo performer, State Honored Artist O.Anujin, B.Saruul, M.Od, B.Tuguldur as well as award recipients of the First International Ballet Competition in Mongolia performed on the stage of the New National Theatre of Tokyo, which was decorated the same way as it was done in Mongolia. One of the esteemed guests that watched the performance was Mongolian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan D.Batjargal, who expressed gratitude to State Honored Artist D.Altankhuyag and director of Komaki Ballet Sou Kikuchi for significantly contributing to the cultural relations between the two countries.
