Pine Nut Cluster established
A Pine Nut Cluster has been established under the initiative of the CEO of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) Mr. Duuren T with an aim of unifying the chaotic pine nut export, reducing the influence of resellers, creating a value chain, and producing the final product to directly export to the International market within the framework of the Trade-Related Assistance for Mongolia (TRAM) project. Since 2017, the MNCCI has been cooperating with the TRAM project funded by the EU Government for establishing clusters of cosmetics, yak wool, cashmere, seabuckthorn, and leather in order to increase export of non-mining value-added products.
