UB city cooperates with National Association of Construction. UB city Mayor’s Office and National Association of Construction signed a cooperation memorandum on implementing renovation of heating system of old apartment buildings and a new program of public rental apartments. The sides will collaborate in creating electronic database of apartment blocks and promoting emerging investment funds. The two parties will also work together on funding of large-scale projects such as the Development Plan of Ulaanbaatar until 2020 and development perspective until 2030. These projects include actions such as promoting public-private partnership in urban development, reducing heat loss of old apartment blocks of Ulaanbaatar, promoting import-substituting industries and creating workplaces.
