Mongolia aims to keep economic growth sustainable. Draft basic guidelines for 2017 socio-economic development, which is submitted for parliamentary approval, projects to maintain a balance in main indicators of the macro-economy and to keep the economic growth at a sustainable level. It is indicated to reach the goal by implementing the economic, budgetary and fiscal policies and by exploiting all financial sources and augmenting the effectiveness. It also has goals for augmenting the employment rate and job places, creating a safe and healthy environment for people, promoting the quality and adequacy of education and health institutions; and strengthening potential of the defense sector and broadening the foreign cooperation in peace.
