Special tax discounts and other incentives introduced for Mongolian entrepreneurs. The Chinese special Trade Zone established in a small border town of Erlian offers Mongolian entrepreneurs the possibilities to sell their goods. Erlian is the first Chinese town on the Trans-Mongolian Railway and all trains from Ulaanbaatar to Beijing pass through Erlian. So, it is a thriving commercial center. In the initial phase, Mongolian sheep wool and cashmere products as well as leather goods which are handmade or have minimum or medium technical preparation are allowed onto the Chinese market.
