260 laws and regulations to be amended next four years
The plenary session of the parliament held the first discussion of a parliamentary resolution draft on “Approval of Guidelines to improve laws and regulations of Mongolia till 2020”.
260 laws and regulations are to be amended next four years. Plenary session of the parliament held the first discussion of a parliamentary resolution draft on “Approval of Guidelines to improve laws and regulations of Mongolia till 2020”. Prior to this, guidelines to improve laws and regulations were adopted four times. “During the development of the resolution draft, there were proposals to make amendments to 430 laws. We focused on not to amend many laws and left over 260 laws and regulations to be amended” explained Minister of Justice and Interior affairs.
