Mongolian-Canadian cooperation matters reviewed. Ts.Munkh-Orgil, Minister for Foreign Affairs received Donald Bobiash, Assistant Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Canada to exchange views on bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Canada. Foreign Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil expressed satisfaction with the results of the seventh roundtable meeting of Mongolia and Canada took place in Ottawa, Canada, and confirmed preparedness to put the issues touched upon during the meeting into practice. Moreover, Mr. Minister noted that the two countries have the potential to develop bilateral economic cooperation in the fields of tourism and agricultural industries, besides the mining sector. The Minister also pointed out the importance of collaboration directed at drawing investment and know how technologies from Canada to Mongolia. Foreign Minister requested to expand education cooperation and asked the Canadian side to increase the number of Mongolian students to study under Canadian scholarship and the Canadian side promised to work on possibilities to respond to the proposal.
