Mongolia’s President pay shis first visit to Russia
Mr. President is to take part in the third Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok which would be the new president’s first event in a multilateral international format.
Mongolia’s President Kh.Battulga is paying his first visit to Russia in this capacity. Mr. President is to take part in the third Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok which would be the new president’s first event in a multilateral international format. During EEF, President Battulga is set to have a meeting with President of Russia V.Putin. During the Vladivostok forum there will be held a Russian-Mongolian roundtable involving representatives of the two countries’ business communities as part of the EEF 2017 business program. 30 Mongolian athletes will take part in an annual Jigoro Kano International Judo Tournament in Vladivostok among juniors under the age of 21 which shall be held under the patronage of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The tournament will take place on the sidelines of the Forum for the first time. Thus the Mongolian delegation’s visit to Russia and participation in EEF is believed to have practical importance for the expansion of Russian-Mongolian cooperation and mark a new milestone in the development of the partnership between the two countries.
