Mongolia's parliament chairman Mr. Enkhbold Miyegombo met with Turkish President Mr. Erdogan in Ankara to boost bilateral ties and cooperation.

Mongolia's parliament chairman Mr. Enkhbold Miyegombo met with Turkish President Mr. Erdogan in Ankara to boost bilateral ties and cooperation. Mongolian Parliament`s Chairman said during the meeting that "Mongolia is ready to expand its cooperation with Turkey in the fields of agriculture, tourism, light industry, urban planning, construction, education, culture, arts, and health,". For his part, Erdogan expressed his willingness to increase the flow of investments to Mongolia. He also said that Turkey would study the possibility of importing the meat products from Mongolia. In addition, the Turkish leader offered to cooperate in the fields of education, civil aviation, urban development, and investments. During the meeting, the two sides agreed to research the opportunity to establish a tourism complex in the Orkhon Valley, Mongolia. Moreover, Mongolia and Turkey are to celebrate its 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year.
