Mongolia to cooperate with US Embassy on sending workforce to USA
Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Chinzorig received Charge d'Affaires of the US Embassy to Mongolia Manuel P. Micaller.
Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Chinzorig received Charge d'Affaires of the US Embassy to Mongolia Manuel P. Micaller. Minister expressed his opinion on the importance of cooperation between Labour and Social Welfare Service Agency and US Consular office in Mongolia on sending workforce to the USA. He also emphasized that the parties should organize a meeting in the near future and make certain solutions on workforce issues. Moreover, the Minister expressed his interest in concluding a Social welfare agreement between the two governments to improve the social welfare of Mongolians working in the United States. ‘I will convey proposals regarding the intergovernmental cooperation and social welfare agreement issues”, said Charge d'Affaires of the US Embassy to Mongolia Manuel P. Micaller. The US Embassy also expressed its willingness to implement an effective employment program for disabled people. In return Minister Chinzorig said that he’d be happy to accept the initiation, conduct relevant studies and cooperate on that.
