Foreign Affairs Minister met with French ambassador to Mongolia
At the meeting, they exchanged views and information on planned visits and events in the near future within the relations and cooperation between Mongolia and France.
Foreign Affairs Minister D.Tsogtbaatar met with Ambassador of France to Mongolia Elizabeth Barsacq on Tuesday. At the meeting, they exchanged views and information on planned visits and events in the near future within the relations and cooperation between Mongolia and France. Ambassador Elizabeth Barsacq reported on ‘Global Pact for Environment’ initiative launched by France in 2017 which is aimed at codifying and uniting the guiding principles of environmental law into a single text with legal force and requested Mongolia to cooperate on it within the multilateral cooperation. Earlier this year the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and France held a consultative meeting which was focused on commerce, economy, and other sectors.
