Minister of Foreign Affairs Tsogtbaatar received the delegates led by Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Mongolia Piriya Khempon exchanging views on bilateral cooperation. On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Thailand, a Thailand cultural day event was organized for the first time in the central square. Minister Tsogtbaatar noted that the event is important in promoting friendship between the people of the two countries and increasing mutual understanding. The parties emphasized the need to further develop mutually beneficial economic cooperation. The expanding bilateral cooperation and growing trade volumes still have lots of potential to hit new highs.
