Greece is one of the 34 countries exempted from visa requirements due to the government announcing 2023-2025 as the “Years to visit Mongolia”. The Minister of Road and Transport Development, held an official meeting with the Minister of Infrastructure & Transport of Greece, and signed an agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic of Greece on Air Transport. As a result of the agreement, the legal framework for direct flights to Greece, which was discussed five years ago, has been established, and the two countries have a short-cut air link.
