Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai is paying a Working Visit to the Kyrgyz Republic.
Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai is paying a Working Visit to the Kyrgyz Republic. During the visit, Mongolian Premier Oyun-Erdene will hold official talks with the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov and attend the Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Document between Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic. He will also pay a courtesy call on the Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov. Diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic were established on April 22, 1992, and since then, the two countries have been maintaining traditional friendly relations. Mongolia opened its Consulate General in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in 2014. In 2017, the Government of Mongolia decided to upgrade the Consulate General to an Embassy of Mongolia in Bishkek, which was officially opened during the State Visit of the President of Mongolia to the Kyrgyz Republic in 2019.
