Farming Stabilization Program approved.
Farming Stabilization Program approved. The Government has approved a short- term “Farming Stabilization Program”, which aims to help ensure that Mongolia becomes self-sufficient in the production of wheat, potatoes and other crops. The Board of Directors of the Development Bank has, accordingly, approved the request to provide the required $50 million to farmers for a term of two years. The loan is provided to support crop production run ahead smoothly and without any obstacles.
