Mongolians living abroad gathered. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Mr Purevsuren held a video conference with Mongolian diplomatic missions and representatives of Mongolians associations worldwide. It is part of a “World Mongolians” Program which aims to support Mongolians working and living abroad. The online meeting had Mongolians living in 24 countries. The “World Mongolians” program aims to promote contribution of Mongolians abroad to the national development, improve the civil registration and promote cooperation with civil societies and associations. Moreover, the program focuses on supporting cultural exchange, communications and cooperation between nations by means of using the Mongolian language, culture, art and traditions. Mongolians who participated in the online meeting suggested paying more attention to teaching Mongolian culture, traditions and language to Mongolian children born abroad via providing them with Mongolian textbooks.
