Mongolian young female leader is in Young Global Leaders class of 2016. Mongolia is represented by Nomin Chinbat, founder and CEO of Mongol HD TV, where she has shaken up the industry, challenging incumbent broadcasters and attracted international suppliers. Under Nomin’s leadership Mongol HD TV channel successfully held “Mongolia’s Got Talent” show for the first time. Mongol HD TV is the first and the only local full HD channel in Mongolia and it is one of the most viewed TV channels in the country. Mongol HD TV Director Nomin has been selected one of the 15 representatives of the Asia-Pacific region for her vision to create standardization in Mongolian media industry and legal environment for non-bias journalism. The young leaders are invited to join a community and a five-year leadership journey which is believed to help them break down silos, bridge cultures and use their collective skills to get things done for positive impact across private, public and civil society organizations.
