Mongolia to issue “blue license” for foreigners. Mongolia plans to create a blue license for foreigners in line with the amendments made to the law on legal status of a foreign citizen in the country. The blue license will provide an immigration status to foreigners authorized to live, work and study in Mongolia. The document will be an equivalent to the United States lawful permanent residency or green card. The planned blue license will be issued for five years at abn initial stage and might be extended for ten years later.
