Government agencies pledge support for ASEM preparations. A consultative meeting was held in Ulaanbaatar in order to seek support in the refurbishment of ASEM Villa, Press Center, Mongol complex, and Ger Township designated for holding bilateral meetings. The participants in the consultative meeting were called to make contribution to successful organization of ASEM11 in Ulaanbaatar in June which is believed to be a significant event in increasing the international prestige of Mongolia. The meeting resolved to appoint a temporary ASEM officer in each ministry, who would be coordinating ASEM-related collaborations.
