More females are elected in new parliament.
More females are elected in new parliament. The State Great Khural or Mongolia or parliament will have the biggest number of women members than in previous parliaments. As a result of the 29 June election, the new parliament will have 13 female members as compared to 11 women in the previous parliament. 12 of them are elected from the Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) which won the recent election.
