Mongolia is prepared to conduct clear and stable state policy to attract foreign investors. A working group is established to examine bureaucracy, burden and groundless investigation conducted on investors. The working group led by Mongolian Minister of Justice will receive complaints of foreign investors concerning bureaucracy and illegal burden and find out the reasons of decreasing foreign investments. As of the first quarter of this year foreign investments decreased to USD 36 million compared to USD 4.7 billion in 2011. It’s 130 times decrease in the past four years. After studying the complaints of foreign investors the newly established government will develop an adequate policy to encourage and support foreign investors, told the Minister of Justice at a press conference.
