Self governance project document signed.
Self governance project document signed. A document on Capacity Strengthening of Local Self-Governing Bodies Project was signed by Mongolian Parliament, the Resident Office of the UN Development Program and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The project is charted to strengthen organizational capacity of the Citizens’ Representatives Khurals or local councils, improve local administrations’ legal grounds and build a permanent mechanism of practicing the national capacity building program for elected representatives.
