Russia is to help create Mongolian Music and Dance University. Russia will help transform the Music and Dance College of Mongolia into a top-class university. The upgrading will involve a teaching and administration team from the Russian Music University coming to Ulaanbaatar early next year. The Russian specialists will conduct a technical and management audit and evaluate what musical instruments and facilities are required for the transformation. It has been agreed during the past November visit of the Mongolian Minister of Education, Science and Culture Mr. J.Batsuuri to Russia.
