Mongolia-UK cooperation in agricultural sector discussed. Mongolian Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry P.Sergelen met with Catherine Arnold, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Mongolia and exchanged views on future collaboration in the agricultural and light industry sector, in particular in the directions of regulations on organic trademarks. The Mongolian Minister offered to receive technical assistance from the UK on making a catalogue and a list of products approved in the organic food and agricultural manufacturing industry of Mongolia. In turn, Ambassador Catherine Arnold accepted the request and pledged to collaborate on this issue in the future.
