Bayan Mongol jazz orchestra performs film scores
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Bayan Mongol Jazz Orchestra of the State Philharmonic staged a concert named Movie Swing.
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Bayan Mongol Jazz Orchestra of the State Philharmonic staged a concert named Movie Swing. The Movie Swing concert which was held for the third time entertained the audiences with popular scores for films such as James Bond, Rocky, Mission Impossible, Brigada and Operation Y and Shurik's Other Adventures. The concert will be conducted by State Foremost Artist Saruul-Od.S. Bayan Mongol Orchestra which has excessively contributed the development of Jazz in Mongolia introduced Jazz music to Mongolians with its first concert conducted by State Honored Cultural Figure, composer Chimeddorj in 1968.
