By signing the memorandum, the Ulaanbaatar city mayor Batbold promised to lower down the current apartments price cheaper than 1.2 million MNT per square meter. The combine was opened with the purpose to combat air and soil pollution by housing the public, and introduce gas products, increase affordable apartments, and start moving the private sector noted the Mayor Batbold. The newly reopened and refurbished combine with Germany equipment and technology make it possible to build a kindergarten for 100 children within 14 days said Erdenebat, board director of Erel LLC. The combine has five networks to manufacture various construction materials such as inside and outside building walls with energy efficiency insulation, pilasters and stairs. It also produces all frameworks required for a building and armature. The other network manufactures 120-meter pavement plates and cuts them to any size demanded, the director of the company added. City Mayor expressed strong support for the combine as he believes that it allows companies to construct buildings in Mongolia all four seasons. It was reported that introducing the latest technological advancements in Mongolia will make it possible for more than 100,000 employees of some 4,000 licensed construction companies to have a permanent job that operates throughout the year. The combine was founded in 1963 and auctioned in 1994.
