Representatives of the Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany is working in Mongolia to evaluate its activities and define 2019-2021 cooperation directions.
Representatives led by Willi Lange, Head of the Northeast and Central Asian Department of the Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany is working in Mongolia to evaluate its activities and define 2019-2021 cooperation directions. During the visit, Mr. Willi Lange met with authorities of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, School of Law of the National University of Mongolia and other partner organizations, exchanging views on further cooperation. They touched the issue of improving business legislation of Mongolia to satisfy modern requirements. The Hanns Seidel Foundation established an agreement with the Government of Mongolia in 1995 and has been implementing projects and programs in legal and administrative spheres. Within the three year- projects, the Foundation provides consultation and advice on developing criminal and ədˈmɪnɪstrətɪv administrative law drafts and improving the laws as well as it collaborates in retraining lawyers and promoting laws. The Christian Social Union in Bavaria associated Hanns Seidel Foundation which was founded in November 1966 is a German party-associated foundation and one of six non-profit political organizations in the Federal Republic of Germany.
