Ulaanbaatar Declaration signed for environmental sustainable transport
Participants of the 11th Intergovernmental Regional Environmentally Sustainable Transport Forum in Asia signed the ‘Ulaanbaatar Declaration’ that aims to create smart cities by amending Kyoto Declaration on promotion of environmentally sustainable transport. During the forum, 142 participants of 24 countries have focused on implementing optimal ways and policy to overcome socio-economic and environmental challenges occurring in Asian cities due to fast growing population and unorganized urbanization.
