Minister of Labor and Social Protection A.Ariunzaya is taking part in the sixty-sixth session of the Commission on the Status of Women
Minister of Labor and Social Protection A.Ariunzaya is taking part in the sixty-sixth session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66) which is being organized from 14 to 26 March in a hybrid format. In this context, Minister A.Ariunzaya participated in the general discussion of the forum virtually and introduced Mongolia's long-term development policy ‘Vision-2050’ and policies and activities to empower women, support their employment, and ensure gender equality. According to the Ministry, the session is discussing the issues of empowering girls and women, ensuring equal participation, and gender equality in connection with environmental issues such as disaster risk prevention and climate change. Mongolia is a member of the CSW from 2022 to 2024.
