As part of the campaign vacancies available for people over 45 and people with disabilities are announced through the zangia.mn site. The company reported to be launching a program to train and develop foreign language speakers, having developed special categories in the site including “CAREERS IN ENGLISH” or vacancies for foreign language speakers. Research shows that people over 45 and people with disabilities are not employed due to a lack of meeting certain job requirements. The “Job for Every Citizen” campaign will allow them to be involved in 200 types of courses to acquire the skills required for workplaces and have job specialization.
