“Korean Culture and Tourism Days 2025” successfully held
On September 6–7, 2025, the event “Korean Culture and Tourism Days 2025” was organized at Sukhbaatar Square.
Marking the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea, the Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Department, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mongolia, jointly hosted the celebration. This year’s event highlighted Jeolla-do Province while also featuring the participation of 84 businesses and organizations presenting their products and services.

The program showcased taekwondo demonstrations, traditional Korean dance, performances of national instruments, fusion music, and K-POP dance shows. In addition, popular K-POP singers staged a large-scale concert for their Mongolian fans. Among the performers were Punch, known for her soundtrack contributions to hit dramas such as Goblin, Moon Lovers, and Descendants of the Sun, along with the live band The Ade, the traditional “Gugak” folk dance troupe, and the Shining Youth dance team.
Festivalgoers also enjoyed tasting K-FOOD, exploring K-BEAUTY products, and taking part in fun contests such as the “Who Eats Faster” challenge and traditional Korean games like ddakji and ring toss, making the two-day event both lively and memorable.
