In alignment with the Mongolian Government's declaration of 2023 and 2024 as the "Years to Visit Mongolia," the Nas Summit, a premier global conference for content creators, convened in Mongolia on August 19, 2023. The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia. Distinguished as a platform for some of the most influential content creators and creative economy investors, both from Mongolia and across the world, the Nas Summit has previously been hosted in over ten countries. This iteration aimed to foster the exchange of distinctive insights and knowledge among participants. The inaugural "Nas Summit – Mongolia" witnessed an overwhelming response, receiving applications from more than ten thousand young individuals. Ultimately, 1,200 participants were meticulously selected to partake in the event. An impressive lineup of speakers contributed their expertise to the Nas Summit. Among them, Jordan Matter, acknowledged as the Most Successful "Old" YouTuber in the World, and Mark Weins, a celebrated American travel and food blogger, enriched the discourse with their insights. Representing Mongolia, prominent figures such as Ch. Nomin, Minister of Culture, vloggers and youtubers from Mongolia actively engaged in discussions concerning the trajectory of content creation within and beyond Mongolia's borders. During the conference, Alyne Tamir emphasized, "Good content is produced by people who can build relationships with others, not people with a lot of money. Content creators in the online world are all unique. They can stand out for a variety of reasons… Please remember to share with someone what you have learned through content creation." Charles Kerr, Strategic Partner Member at YouTube, highlighted the importance of adaptation and diversity in content creation. He noted, "To stay ahead of the curve, content creators must be mindful of the ever-changing needs and preferences of their audiences and make sure to update their content accordingly." Kerr also shed light on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the content industry, illustrating how AI systems like ChatGPT, Google Bard, and Midjourney are transforming tasks, generating ideas, and personalizing content, thereby enhancing content creators' reach and impact.
