Mongolian powerlifting team won a pair of gold and silver medals at International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) World Men’s Bench Press Championships, held in Potchefstroom, South Africa past week. In the -120kg event, athlete Chimedtseren.B won a gold medal, lifting 357kg. He is a silver medalist of a World Championship and three-time champion of Asian Championship. In masters’ competition, Uuganbayar.B won a gold and Bayarkhuu.Ts grabbed a silver medal. In the +120kg, World champion B.Altangerel won a silver medal.
