3.8 magnitude earthquake recorded in Khuvsgul province
At 13:36 pm on August 25, a 3.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in a place called Khuvsguliin Nuruu in Rashaant soum, 20 km east from the center of Khuvsgul province. The Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics sent information about the earthquake to the National Emergency Management Agency through an email. Governor of Rashaant soum D.Unurbold reported that residents of the area did not feel tremor and no losses and injuries were recorded.
